A Palestinian Australian careers adviser has filed a racial-discrimination case against New South Wales after allegedly being directed not to wear a keffiyeh at a Sydney public school, The Guardian reports.

Wasim El-Haj’s claim concerns instructions he says he received while working at Sydney Girls High School. The allegations form part of an ongoing court case and have not been presented here as established judicial findings.
