Ten employees at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust have been removed from duty or suspended during an investigation into access to three-year-old Noah Woods’s medical records, BBC News reports. The trust has apologised to his family.

The trust says it secured the records and reported the breach to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Its investigation is continuing, and the interim employment measures should not be confused with final findings about individual misconduct.
